Toyama prefecture (富山県) is an area of {{Japan}} best known for its snows, cheap electricity, and a crippling bone disease called itai-itai byo (literally, ouch ouch disease). It is located on the {{Japan Sea}} side of {{Honshu}} Honshû. The capital is {{Toyama City}}. The name of the prefecture is only one character different than Mount Fuji (富士山).
